Valuecode, Ltd, was founded in 2000. After initial R&D investments Valuecode has been growing fast and profitably for the past few years.

Valuecode Ltd. is owned by T&M Tiihonen Ltd., Valuecode's employees, the members of the board, and advisory board.

Chairman of the board is M.Sc. (Eng.), MBA Saila Miettinen-Lähde, vice chairman M.Sc. (Eng.) Pertti Malva and members M.Sc. (Econ.) Juha Rautiainen and MD Mikko Tiihonen.

Valuecode Ltd. is a member of the HL7 Finland Association and The Finnish Information Processing Association, FIPA.
