Forsante MC

Forsante MC is a multi-channel information logistics service for healthcare and welfare sectors.

Forsante MC is usually connected to another information system, which produces the material to be sent. If necessary, Forsante MC adjusts the content for the selected transmission channel, may use rules-based processing for determining the right message content and sends it to the right recipient. Channels are ForsanteWeb, eLetter, SMS and fax.

Forsante MC is a Web-based service (SaaS = Software-as-a-Service). The service always includes the implementation project and required training, implementation testing and project meetings as well as other project work to ensure the smooth introduction of the service. Service includes maintenance, customer support, IT infrastructure maintenance (servers, network devices, the required disk space and backups) and Forsante MC updates.

Explanations

Tracking

Transmissions can be monitored from a color-coded bar at a glance, giving an overview of the state of all transmissions.

Transmissions can also be examined in a detailed view, showing the status (sent to, incomplete, received, failed or withdrawn) of the transmission. Transmissions can be searched with several search criteria.

Re-sending of transmission

Transmission can be sent again either to the same or different recipients. Also the transmission channel can be changed.

Cancelling a transmission

Transmission can be canceled as long as it is still incomplete

Marking manually a transmission as sent

If necessary, a transmission can be marked as sent, if it is transmitted in some other way than through Forsante MC.

View and print a transmission

Transmission content can be viewed in printable form and printed as needed.

Multichannel

All transmissions can be transmitted through forsanteweb but also as an eLetter, a text message or by telefax or using several channels simultaneously.
