Forsante features

Guardian feature

In Forsante a guardian can act instead of a dependant (e.g. child, elderly person) in social- and healthcare services. The guardian uses Forsante with his/her own bank codes while service providers can see who is the dependant.

Transferring tasks

A service provider employee can transfer a task which he/she has received from a client to another employee or to another organisation

Teamwork support

A task received from a client can be processed by a team or an individual employee. In teamwork one team member informs others that he/she is handling the task by clicking on "Take task" -button. Task status is visible to other team members.

Process supporting services

Each organisation can implement those services that best support their processes into Forsante. These services are listed in the product pages on the left side of this page.

Intelligent electronic forms

Besides messages Forsante tasks can also include intelligent electronic forms. Forms are automatically modified according to the client's answers. Following questions can be different depending on how the client has answered to the previous ones. Even personal characteristics (age, gender etc.) can modify the questions, for example questions for a woman can be different from those asked from a man. Decision rules can be attached to the electronic forms. These decision rules can then automatically support the management of a process. For example depending on the answer to a certain question the form can be automatically directed either to a doctor or a nurse.

Multichannel

Besides Internet all of the Forsante tasks (including forms and messages in them) can be sent to a client or another organisation via eletter, text message or telefax. If a client returns his/hers answers in a paper it can be digitized and stored into Forsante. This data can be processed in the same way as electronically returned forms.

Aligned with privacy laws and information security

All of the users are authenticated with strong methods (for example with web bank codes) and services are build according to demands of privacy laws.
