Carea
Carea was formerly known as Kymenlaakso hospital district. It is responsible for offering healthcarea and welfare services for 180 000 inhabitants in the area. Carea implemented Forsante digital hospital arrival and information gathering system to its operational functions in the year 2009. Main goal was to gather arrival information in electronic format and to enhance the process inside hospital.
EKSOTE (South Carelia Social Affairs and Health District)
South Karelia, Social Affairs and Health District (Eksote) mission is to provide health, welfare, performance promoting health, family and social services for the elderly. Population in Eksote area is approximately 133 000. Eksote has been a customer since 2010 and uses INR- self care service and Forsante for safe messaging.
City of Espoo
City of Espoo is Finland's second largest city and has about 248 000 inhabitants. Espoo has used TextINR service since December 2009 in Espoonlahti and Kivenlahti health centers and the service will expand throughout the city during 2011.
City of Helsinki
Helsinki is the capital Finland and the biggest city in Finland with its 590 000 inhabitants. The Health Care Centre of the city of Helsinki has started using INR self care service use in spring 2011, and it will be rolled out in 2011-2012 to the entire city.
HUSLAB
HUSLAB, which is owned by Helsinki and Uusimaa Hospital District, is a laboratory enterprise. In the area of the laboratory there are over one million people. HUSLAB takes advantage of the Forsante MC information logistics service and its TextINR-, Papa- and Down-services in its operations.
City of Imatra
Imatra is Valuecode's first Forsantecustomer, and has used Forsante patient communication service since 2005. Our cooperation which started in Tekes' funded of "Doctor Web project" has expanded steadily. Currently Forsante is used widely and innovatively.
Laboratories in South East Finland
Kymenlaakso hospital services and diagnostic center in South Karelia are also Valuecode's customers. Laboratories take advantage of the TextINR- and Papa-services in their operations.
Central Finland hospital district
Central Finland hospital district has roughly 270 000 inhabitants. They implemented Forsante digital hospital arrival and information gathering system in May 2011.
City of Kotka
Health Care Services in the city of Kotka have used Forsante-patient communication service since 2007. Forsante usage in Kotka has expanded steadily since its launch. Kotka Health Care Services serves almost 55 000 inhabitants.
City of Kouvola
The city of Kouvola, has been a Forsante customer since the beginning of 2011 and uses INR-self care service and Forsante for safe messaging. Kouvola has 88 000 inhabitants.
OYS laboratory
Oulu University Hospital Laboratory, is the largest laboratory center in Northern part of Finland. They take advantage of the Forsante MC information logistics service and its Private and Billing services in their operations.
TYKSLAB
Hospital District of Southwest Finland's laboratory enterprise TYKSLAB is on of Finland's largest laboratory centers. TYKSLAB takes advantage of the Forsante MC information logistics service in its operations.
City of Vantaa
City of Vantaa is fourth biggest city in Finland with its 197 000 inhabitants. Vantaa Health Care has been a customer since 2008 and they use INR self regulation service and Forsante for safe messaging.
City of Varkaus
City of Varkaus health care has used Forsante-service in their e-service platform since 2006.
